I was recently looking for a same-day dry cleaner and I found Omni just in time. The staff is warm and welcoming, and my clothes came back nice, clean and professionally bagged. Extremely disappointed with my experience at Omni Cleaners. I brought in a tuxedo coat that was essentially brand new—it had only been worn once and cost approximately $3,500. Armani tuxedo they refined! When I received it back, the buttons had been damaged/broken. For an expensive designer garment, I trusted that it would be handled with the appropriate level of care. Instead, I’m now left dealing with damage to a coat that was in excellent condition when I dropped it off. I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing expensive, luxury, or special-occasion clothing here. Based on my experience, I would not trust them with a valuable garment again.
